We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support in over 300 locations across Australia to thousands of participants in the community with Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology & Physiotherapy services.

Job Description

We are open to discussions with Speech Therapists of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services in a timely manner.
  • Provide speech pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and the community.
  • Use clinical observations and standardised assessments to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Mentor graduates and early-career clinicians (for senior clinicians).
  • Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance.
Qualifications

To be considered suitable, you will have:

  • Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle a varied caseload.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and openness to new ideas.
  • A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
