What you'll be up to :

The Motion Graphic Designer will create high-quality digital and multimedia content aligned with QMS brand standards. Responsibilities include producing videos and sales materials to boost brand awareness and support creative campaigns, animations, and design concepts. Specific tasks include:

• Developing creative ideas, concepts, and video artwork for internal briefs.
• Producing trade media videos and multimedia content.
• Creating corporate and product-focused videos and materials.
• Designing mock-ups and animations for sales and development teams.
• Delivering ongoing sales videos and collateral to meet commercial goals.
• Supporting multimedia design for campaigns and events.
• Managing and implementing brand assets across all designs.
• Ensuring all communication adheres to brand guidelines.
• Developing and evolving brand assets as needed.
• Maintaining high attention to detail and proofing work.

What we're looking for :

• Tertiary qualifications in Digital Design, Multimedia Design, or Visual Communications.
• 5+ years of commercial experience in a studio, in-house, or agency setting.
• Extensive motion graphics and animation skills.
• Proficiency with AI-powered design and video tools.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and project management tools like Asana.
• Advanced skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience with Blender 3D, 3DS Max, and Cinema 4D is a plus.
• Up-to-date with current visual trends and animation styles.
• Strong concept development and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret briefs and present ideas through sketches or mock-ups.
• Knowledge of print and digital artwork production.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
