Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.

At Go1, we're on a mission to enable companies to achieve the impossible by maximizing the potential of their people. From a small startup to the world's largest aggregator of learning content, we've grown by solving hard problems, embracing ambiguity, and never standing still.

If you thrive on change, get energy from big, complex challenges, and are excited to grow fast alongside smart, ambitious people, then Go1 might be exactly what you're looking for. We offer autonomy with accountability, space to experiment, and the opportunity to shape solutions that impact millions of learners worldwide. We don't have all the answers — and that's the point. We figure it out together. Every line of code, every conversation, every bold idea helps move us closer to our mission: to enable individuals, organizations, and society to progress. There's still so much to build — and even more to discover. Go there with us...

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of core admin and productivity capabilities that power the Go1 experience—managing users and groups, delivering contextual notifications, streamlining onboarding, and integrating with workplace productivity tools like Microsoft Teams and Slack. If you're passionate about building intuitive, high-impact admin experiences that scale across millions of learners and thousands of organizations, this is the role for you.

As the Product Manager for Admin & Productivity Experiences, you will own the strategy and execution of product areas critical to customer activation, engagement, and retention. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to create seamless onboarding, intuitive user and group management, smart notifications, and deep integrations into the tools customers use every day. Your work will reduce admin effort, embed Go1 into daily workflows, and drive sustained learner engagement. At Go1, we move fast and learn quickly, breaking work into small pieces, shipping early, and improving based on feedback. We keep customer needs at the center of every decision, work collaboratively across teams, and know that launching is just the beginning—success comes from adoption, impact, and ongoing improvement. Open to candidates in on the East Coast of Australia. This is a remote role.

Here's a Taste Of What You'll Do

  • Strategy & roadmap: Define and execute the vision for admin efficiency capabilities, ensuring they scale effectively across customer segments.
  • Onboarding & automation: Deliver onboarding, user and group management experiences and automation tools that reduce manual setup and accelerate time-to-value post-sales and provisioning.
  • Notification services: Deliver improvements and integrations to email and flow of work notification services that empower product teams across Go1 to deliver targeted, contextual engagement for admins and learners that drives activation and retention.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with design, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver solutions that meet both customer needs and business objectives.
  • Data-driven iteration: Use data and customer insights to inform prioritization, measure success, and continuously improve admin and productivity experiences.

We Will Be Excited About You If
  • You're an experienced PM: You have 3+ years of product management experience, ideally working on SaaS platforms or B2B products. Experience with admin tooling, notifications, or integrations is a plus.
  • Ecosystem thinker: You understand how products fit into a broader ecosystem and design solutions that work across complex, interconnected environments.
  • Customer-focused problem solver: You focus on delivering meaningful, lasting value for customers—not just shipping features.
  • Collaborative & open: You work transparently, welcome diverse input, and thrive in cross-functional environments.
  • Data-Driven & outcome-oriented: You use data and customer insights to guide decision-making, measure impact, and prioritize ruthlessly.
  • Bias for action: You move quickly from idea to execution, iterating to learn fast and deliver value early.
  • You see the whole product: You design with awareness of how your product area connects with the broader Go1 experience, creating seamless end-to-end journeys.

Join our team at Go1 and be at the forefront of transforming education through innovative learning solutions. Together, we can change the world. One learner at time.

Benefits

At Go1, our employee benefits extend far beyond a pay cheque, ensuring our team feels supported, valued, and empowered to bring their best selves to work each day, driving our mission to unlock positive potential through a love of learning.
  • In addition to your base salary: Annual bonus or commission plan.
  • Employee Stock Option Plan: Opportunity to share directly in our success through stock options.
  • Public Holiday Swap: Swap a public holiday for another preferred day.
  • Flexible Working: We offer both hybrid and remote working.
  • Wellbeing & Learning Days: An additional five days of paid leave per year.
  • Learning Budget: $500 USD per financial year, plus access to additional Career Growth Budget.
  • WFH/Transport Budget: Monthly allowance for internet/phone expenses or public transport.
  • Home Office Setup Budget: One-off allowance for desk, chair and/or monitor.
  • Parental Leave: Minimum of 18 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers + 6 weeks paid parental leave for secondary carers.
  • Wellbeing Support: Access to counselling and wellbeing app via Nilo Health.
