About the role
We are currently hiring Part-time Breakfast Food and Beverage Attendant

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, who lovehigh volume/pressure situations, takes satisfaction in providing exceptional customer service and above all can grow and adapt with the business. Hours available are between 10-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities include

  • Early risers are a must. Shifts start at 5.30/6am.
  • Provide exceptional service and dining experiences for both in-house guests and external patrons.
  • Provide room service orders to guests' rooms in a fast and friendly manner.
  • Provide input on greater Food and Beverage strategies and become part of an inclusive team
  • Ensure the restaurant and bar is well presented at all times.
  • Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
  • Promote a safe workplace by recognising hazards and promoting general WHS practices.
  • Provide assistance with stock management.

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years Restaurant or Hospitality experience required.
  • Prior Shiji Infrasys or similar POS knowledge will be highly regarded.
  • RSA certificate required, Approved Manager certification highly desired
  • AHA Hospitality Hygiene for Food Handlers or similar required.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster.
  • Desire to provide exceptional service and work cohesively within a great team.
  • You love the rush of the restaurant when it gets busy so you can put your incredible hospitality skills to the test.
  • You know how to make the perfect coffee
  • Australian work entitlements.
