We are seeking suitably qualified and experienced applicants for a permanent full-time leadership position commencing Term 1, 2026.

The successful applicant will meet the following selection criteria:

  • Fully committed and supportive of the expansion of Christ-centred education and the implementation of an integrated Christian curriculum within the College.
  • An inspiring leader able to initiate and manage change.
  • A record of achievement as an educational leader, particularly in a Christian school community.
  • Experience in developing and implementing faculty programmes from Year 7-12.
  • Competence in teaching Upper School ATAR courses.
  • Knowledge of the requirements set by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Effective administrator with strategic thinking, consultation, planning, and delegation skills.
  • Approachable, a good listener, and an effective communicator and public speaker.

Successful applicants must satisfy child protection screening and adhere to the College's child protection policies and Staff Code of Conduct. The applicant must hold a WWCC Card (or be able to apply), a recent National Police Clearance (no more than 3 months old), and current registration with the TRBWA.
