Full Time Opportunity
The Multimedia Designer will be the creative expert and primary driver of engaging multimedia content across our brand portfolio. This role focuses on conceptualising, planning, designing, and editing impactful video and graphic assets in collaboration with our cross-functional teams.
The Multimedia Designer will be essential in creating and optimising content for various online and offline channels to elevate our brand presence and reach. With 5+ years' experience in multimedia design, particularly video and motion graphics, the ideal candidate will bring a high level of creative innovation to all projects, ensuring exceptional quality in every piece of content.
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or Video Editor, with a strong portfolio in video, motion graphics, and graphic design.
- Proficient in pre-production, video and motion design, editing, and post-production.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software and equipment for both video and graphic design.
- Tertiary level qualifications in Multimedia, Film Production, Communications or a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their requirements.
- Ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visual assets across multiple platforms.
- High attention to detail with a strong eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and commitment to working in a team.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly developed initiative and creativity.
- Well-developed decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as within a large, dynamic team.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial services products and services, and direct response principles.
- Experience or familiarity with accessibility standards.
