About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Online Merchandise Coordinator to join our Ecommerce team. Reporting to the Trade Manager, you will be responsible for the Smiggle brand's website, maximising conversion rates, building enhanced product content, and increasing online sales.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the websites, including product catalogue management and merchandising
- Execute online promotional activities aligned with store activity
- Drive sales, conversion, and revenue by effectively merchandising products to help customers navigate quickly and easily to the right products
- Analyse and present key eCommerce metrics to inform merchandising decisions and boost online sales
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role or other eCommerce experience is desirable
- Demonstrates initiative and has a keen attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Enjoys working within a close-knit team
