- Provide case management to assist participants in overcoming employment barriers
- Support participants to secure sustainable employment and engage with employers
- Maintain compliance, administer documentation, and manage time effectively
- Collaborate with partners to connect participants to additional services
- Qualifications in Employment or Community Services preferred
- Experience in employment services, including barrier management and post-placement support
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders
- Team-oriented with a commitment to a positive culture
- Problem-solving skills and ability to assist with barriers for people with disabilities
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and targets
- Valid driver's license for regional travel
