Are you passionate about beauty and enjoy making people feel and look good? We are seeking Retail Assistants (Summer Hosts) to support our South Australia stores during the busy holiday season.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build authentic connections
  • Support the team on the sales floor and adapt as needed during the holiday period
  • Contribute to a safe, fun, and efficient store environment

What success looks like in this role:

  • Consistently provide outstanding customer service
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of MECCA's key brands and products
  • Commit to ongoing learning and development
  • Work effectively and safely within the team to ensure store success
  • Uphold MECCA values at all times

We anticipate offering shifts from late October 2025 to mid-February 2026, subject to business needs and your availability.
