About the Personal Assistant Role at NAB
  • Use your Personal Assistant expertise to support our Executives in achieving performance excellence.
  • Support is provided to Executives on a 2:1 ratio.
  • Join our Business & Private Team, focusing on simplicity and customer obsession.
  • Manage calendars, emails, and travel arrangements for Executives.
  • Handle administrative matters proactively and efficiently.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees and manage delegated systems.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and assist with expense reporting.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and ethical behaviour at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience in administrative roles supporting at the Executive level.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
