Overview

Christmas Casual – Whitford at JB Hi-Fi. We're looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join the JB Hi-Fi team. Recruitment for these roles will begin in August, with start dates ranging from September to October depending on store needs and candidate availability.

Responsibilities
  • Help across multiple areas within stores from customer facing to back of house.
  • Provide a high level of customer service including pre-, during and post-sale.
  • Support merchandising of products on the sales floor and contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience.
  • Assist with the efficient delivery and processing of stock into the store.
Qualifications
  • You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated
  • Customer focused and results driven
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
