The Role

You play a pivotal role in assisting clients to navigate the journey of designing their dream home to match their budget, lifestyle, and location.

Based at our display homes, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their individual needs and preferences, and offering expert advice on our custom home options. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the home construction process, be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and demonstrate excellent communication skills throughout the design, tender, and approval stages of the home-building process.

You will be supported by our Sales Manager, Designers, and wider team to ensure we provide outstanding service to our valued clients.

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work weekends and some public holidays, with two rostered days off during the week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their custom home requirements and preferences.
  • Collaborate with our design and construction teams to create tailored proposals and designs for clients.
  • Prepare and present sales documents, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as needed.
  • Assist in preparing proposals and other documentation.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial consultation through to approvals / contract stage.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain knowledge of custom home-building processes, materials, and design trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in custom home sales or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the home construction process and familiarity with architectural design/ local council requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
