About Your New Role

  • Support and guide children in their development.
  • Receive extensive training, onboarding, and ongoing support.
  • Assist in developing and delivering child-focused programs using industry-leading planning tools.
  • Deliver fun, engaging programs that encourage children to explore, learn, and play.
  • Work with a passionate team focused on positive outcomes for children.
  • This is an ongoing permanent part-time role, available every afternoon Monday to Friday.
  • Our educators benefit from the Early Childhood Education & Care Retention Payment, earning an additional 10% on top of their award wage—more pay, recognition, and reasons to smile

Responsibilities

  • Create remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
  • Support the service manager with preparation and program delivery.
  • Assist with food preparation and setting up/packing up activities.
  • Supervise children ensuring their safety within the program.
  • Be open, caring, and engaged to help deliver our mission of giving every child the best day ever.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in childcare is preferred but not essential.
  • Willing to enroll in or currently working towards an ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification.
  • Hold a completed ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification.
  • Possess a valid Working with Children Check relevant to your state.
  • Have valid HLTAID012 First Aid certification in a Childcare Setting, including First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training.
