The project supports a leading Australian bank in modernizing its business banking customer IDP platform, utilizing Pingone - SaaS. It also involves developing and maintaining APIs hosted on CBA DHP (AWS) platforms. The role involves working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating closely with business stakeholders in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop service device APIs using C# and .NET within a team, leveraging existing capabilities.
  • Participate in building a modern business banking customer IDP platform on Pingone - SaaS.
  • Design, build, test new solutions, and integrate with existing platforms.
  • Resolve integration issues with APIs hosted on CBA DHP (AWS).
  • Adhere to governance, standards, and framework patterns.
  • Contribute to an open, communicative team environment, working with stakeholders with a 'Can-do' attitude.
  • Apply strong hands-on experience with .NET framework, AWS, microservices architecture, solutions integration, and containerization.

Skills

Must have

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with .NET framework or .NET Core, C#.
  • Experience with Web API development.
  • Experience deploying .NET applications on ECS containers on AWS.
  • Understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization standards.
  • Knowledge of PingFederate.
  • Ability to develop API specifications with security considerations.
  • Understanding of DevSecOps practices, including building, running, and supporting solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for designing, building, and testing quality solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in all phases of agile software development.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a willingness to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Strong debugging and optimization skills.
  • Experience with unit, integration, and non-functional testing.
  • Experience working with complex and semi-structured data formats like JSON and XML.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related IT discipline.
  • Ability to collaborate across time zones via documentation and videoconferences.

Nice to have

  • Sailpoint knowledge.
  • Experience with CI / CD tools such as GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Octopus, Jenkins.
  • Experience with middleware / realtime technologies like IBM MQ, Kafka.
  • Experience with relational databases, preferably Oracle.
  • An automation-first mindset for continuous improvement.
