Sabre Cafe is located in Port Melbourne and is in search of an experienced barista all-rounder to join our team. This role provides 7 hours of work per day, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or public holiday shifts. It amounts to a total of 35 hours weekly, commencing at 7 am. Competitive above-award rates will be offered to successful candidates.

Responsibilities
  • Applicants will be required to independently handle 3-5 kg or approx 150 takeaway coffees on a daily basis. There may be surges in orders during peak hours; consistency and efficiency are essential.
  • Applicants will be required to have knowledge to dial in and adjust grinder in order to produce coffee consistently above standard.
  • Punctuality and reliability are key commitments we seek from successful applicants.
  • Applicants must be capable of multitasking and willing to help others when required.
