About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team, you will assist engineers, project managers, and tradespeople in accessing products needed for major projects, while also performing tasks that ensure the branch operates smoothly and customers are satisfied.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  • Providing customer service and product information
  • Quoting customers in person and over the phone
  • Picking, packing, and managing stock
  • Maintaining a tidy and safe branch environment
  • Occasionally delivering products to customers using a company vehicle

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys assisting customers
  • Can accurately pick orders and maintain shop displays
  • Is proficient with computers and eager to learn new systems
  • Holds a valid HR Truck Driver's license and is flexible to work various shifts, including weekends
  • Seeks career development opportunities within our network or head office
