Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing customer retention, and building strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include analysing customer data, communicating with customers to address their needs, providing support and guidance, and working closely with other departments to improve overall service delivery and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Relationship Building and enhancing Customer Retention strategies
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for assessing customer data and improving service delivery
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Previous Work with real estate agents or agency is highly desired.

A Hybrid role, with a flexible work schedule between home and our office in Manly. No two days are the same, this fast pace, action environment will see you thrive on helping our clients, whilst placing amazing remote professionals with brilliant clients.
