Join us to apply for the Order Picker role at Staffco.

StaffCo has partnered with Australia's largest cold storage 3PL providers and is seeking experienced voice pickers and High Reach Fork Lift Drivers for ongoing roles in Murarrie and Hemmant.

These roles are available Monday to Sunday with up to 5 shifts per week, with immediate starts.

About The Role

You will be voice picking cartons in chiller and freezer environments for distribution to supply chains. Responsibilities include moving pallets using an EPJ, wrapping pallets, and transporting them for dispatch. Full training is provided during induction. Afternoon shifts from 12pm are available.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in order picking, with voice picking or RF Picking experience
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and meet KPIs
  • Own reliable transport
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug tests
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Safety-consciousness when operating equipment around pedestrians
  • Physically fit to lift up to 20kg cartons and walk 10,000-15,000 steps in an 8-hour shift
  • High Reach Fork Lift license and experience is an advantage
Benefits
  • Full-time hours – 38 hours per week, 5 shifts
  • Base pay from $34-$42 per hour plus allowances
