ResponsibilitiesThis position will be responsible for FGFD Business development with a focus on the new energy market to grow MSA safety instrument's market share and meet customers' satisfaction in ANZ. This position will also be assisting FGFD Sales Leader APAC to formulate and implement segment sales strategies, policies, and big project tracking processes for international key accounts including FEED, EPC, global key accounts, etc., and relative outstanding projects in the international market.
QualificationsRequired Education/Experience- Bachelor's degree or above with a major in engineering, instruments, basic science, or equivalent required.
- 10+ years' experience in automation/instruments sales and international key account development.
- 5+ years foreign company working experience with strong English communication skills.
- CRM sales force knowledge or experience.
- Proven sales and management background in automation/instruments market and gas detection application/ Working in business development in New Energy Segment H2, etc.
- Highly effective leadership, management, and communication skills. Should have a vibrant learning curve and adaptability to new ways of thinking and approaches.
- Excellent client orientation around problem-solving and delivering results.
- Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in a high-pressure environment.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office.
