SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash Functional Consultant

Your role and responsibilities

As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.
• Team Delivery leadership: Lead and manage high performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality.
• Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your functional expertise of SAP with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies.

• Professional Expertise: Hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP SCM SD with a minimum of 4 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as the Lead Consultant or Solution Architect. At least three of these end-to-end projects must be using SAP S/4HANA. Understanding of core SAP S/4HANA SCM SD data structures and data flows.
• Process Knowledge: Experience with SCM SD processes and workflows. In-depth subject matter knowledge of the SAP Sales and Distribution and Logistics domains (Business Partners, Sale Orders Processing, SD Contracts and Order Management, Price Lists, Pricing, Pricing Procedures, Rebates, Credit Management, Output Management), and general knowledge of other SAP modules.
• Experience: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments & with Artificial Intelligence models and their use in SAP implementation.
• Well versed with the ETL (Extract-Transform-Load), data migration analysis and ability to lead data mapping workshops with client business representatives and Process Architects.
• Certifications: Holder of valid SAP S/4HANA SCM SD certifications.
• Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills and experience in leading teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to deliver high profile project activities to tight timescales.
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to plan and manage own workload (self-directing) with minimal oversight, escalating where necessary to address potential risks or resolve issues.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Previous experience (10-15 years) delivering SAP solutions while working for a professional services consulting organisation will be highly valued.
• Experience implementing SAP S/4HANA in the Consumer / FMCG Industry is valued.
• Has implemented globally designed template solutions into a regional (subsidiary) market.
• Team lead or project management aspirations in combination with a strong drive to develop as a functional expert.
• Ambition, excellent leadership skills and a talent for building successful client relationships will be highly valued.
