Customer Sales & Service / Retail AssistantAbout The Role

At Repco, we aim to ensure each customer has a great shopping experience in person, over the phone, and online.

As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service), your key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
  • Providing genuine service & creating memorable moments with customers
  • Utilizing your strong customer service skills to contribute to positive sales performance
  • Maintaining exceptional showroom presentation & merchandising standards
  • Processing stock: receiving, dispatching, & storing
  • Being an enthusiastic, cooperative, & collaborative team member, contributing to a positive team culture

This role involves lifting, bending, & climbing.
