Thinkerbell is looking for an experienced Lead Creative Tinker (Senior Copywriter) to join our team of Thinkers and Tinkers in Sydney.
HOW YOU'LL CREATE MEASURED MAGIC
What is a Tinker? A Tinker is a creative professional in advertising who loves playing with ideas and bringing them to life. They have a background in words, production, design, filmmaking, art direction, or all of the above. Tinkers enjoy dissecting and reassembling ideas until they work perfectly, and they thrive on sharing those ideas with the world.
THE TASK AT HAND
As a Lead Creative Tinker, you will develop your creative leadership skills within our agency, overseeing creative work across selected clients. You will mentor and support junior Tinker team members, guide key projects, and collaborate with our team to produce innovative work. Your role will be crucial in building and nurturing our brand, business, and client relationships.
You will focus on three main areas:
- Big Creative Thinking: Bring bold, innovative ideas to the table. Understand what makes a big idea impactful and how to develop and execute it effectively.
- Developing Creative Leadership: Lead yourself to produce your best work independently and begin developing skills to lead others.
- Thinking Like a Client: Know when to pursue the right idea for the right moment, balancing creativity with practicality.
