Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving exceptional customer service and support visual merchandising to create in-store experiences that inspire our customers and drive visual merchandising execution in store based on concession principles.
  • Coach your team to be the reason the customer returns to shop in your store by exceeding their expectations.
  • Responsible for facilitating training on customer service standards with all team members.
  • Role model CRG values to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success.
  • Lead a high-quality induction experience for all new starters ensuring they have the right knowledge to succeed in their role.
  • Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing.
  • Use available data and reports to identify key insights making informed decisions for the business and the customers.
  • Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer-led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience.
  • Lead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
