The Foundation Database and Finance Officer supports the operations of the All Hallows' Foundation. The role reports to the Development Manager and consists of duties across operating and overseeing the database and working closely with the Finance department to ensure all financial operations of the Foundation are accurately recorded and reconciled. The successful candidate will have a financial background and/or working knowledge of financial operations and experience working within databases ensuring data integrity and interrogation. This position supports the development of the All Hallows' School philanthropy strategy and plays a significant role.

The role is a permanent, part-time, term-time position. The operating hours of the school are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm. You will be required to work three days a week, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, comprising twenty-two and a half (22.5) hours per week. In addition, the successful applicant will be required to work an additional week (22.5 hours) per school holiday period at the end of each term and the beginning of the year (or part thereof, assigned as four additional paid weeks).

The role will commence on Monday, 7 April 2025.
