Occupational Therapist | Exercise Physiologist | Tasmanian Relocation

Join to apply for the Occupational Therapist | Exercise Physiologist | Tasmanian Relocation role at Procare Group.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join our expanding Tasmanian team, based in either Hobart or Launceston. Relocation assistance is provided.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness;
  • Conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios;
  • Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using clinical skills and knowledge; and
  • Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
About You (Qualifications)
  • Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist (with relevant professional membership);
  • Desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation;
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities;
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
