About The Opportunity
A unique opportunity exists for a full-time Team Administrator to join our Brisbane office and become part of a vibrant working environment. The Team Administrator is an essential and valued member of the team who ensures efficient delivery of priorities. Supporting the Commercial Sales team, this role will allow you to showcase your existing skills and experience as a Team Administrator and grow within a successful company.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- General administrative support for the Director and Commercial Sales agents
- Marketing, Client and Supplier invoices
- Database management/reporting
- Creating and updating online listings on both the Savills and external websites
- Coordination of meetings, client entertainment and functions as required
- Preparation, formatting, and compilation of marketing collateral
- Gather and collate information to assist with the preparation of reports and submissions
- Manage Job Costs within division including processing of invoices
- Provide timely, quality administrative services
What Sets You Apart
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role
- Strong administrative experience
- Adobe InDesign experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive mindset, the ability to work well within a team, able to handle pressure and importantly great use of initiative to take on any necessary tasks to improve the effectiveness of the team
