Overview

Store Manager | BONDS Outlet | Launceston at Hanes Brands Australasia — full‑time position (38 hours/week). We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead the Bonds Launceston Outlet team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve team budgets and KPIs.
  • Plan succession and develop team members to progress into future opportunities.
  • Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and use commercial judgment for in-store decisions.
  • Manage stock processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Coach the team and provide on-the-spot feedback.
  • Analyse reports to drive commercial decisions and performance.
