Location: Armidale

Employment Type: Ongoing full-time

Salary ranging from $113,574 to $125,720 per annum, plus employer superannuation contribution and annual leave loading.

Your Role

Court Services are seeking an experienced people leader to be a member of a cohesive and dynamic team to deliver high-quality front-line operations across multijurisdictional Courts operating in regional NSW.

As Registrar you will provide leadership to staff within a complex and changing environment, develop and enhance relationships with stakeholders and the community to ensure a coordinated and continuously improving approach to service delivery.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake quasi-judicial functions in accordance with legislation.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
  • Capacity to work in an environment that may involve potential exposure to psychosocial hazards related to the range of services provided in a court environment.
  • Ability to promote a collaborative and unified workforce that values teamwork, ethical behaviour and quality client service.
  • Experience developing and implementing innovative solutions that improve work practices.
  • Proficient in the development of effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels including government agencies, non-government agencies and community groups.
