We're looking for a Bookkeeper who can bring can bring precision, ownership, and a solutions-focused mindset to our day-to-day finance operations, with plenty of on-the-job training and support to help you grow.

This part-time role (3 days per week) includes 1 day in our Sydney office in Leichhardt and 2 days working from home.

Please note: To be eligible, you must be located within commuting distance of Sydney and have full working rights in Australia.

What you'll be doing:

As part of our Global Finance Team, you'll ensure the accurate and timely processing of daily, monthly, and ad-hoc finance tasks that help keep our business running smoothly. You'll work closely with the Head of B2C Finance & Corporate, the Global Finance team, and key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our records are always reliable and up to date.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Updating daily cash balance and credit card transaction files
• Recording daily bank transactions across multiple corporate accounts
• Processing deposits, online shop sales, and credit card transactions in the invoice system
• Managing accounts receivable balances and recording sales collections
• Processing intercompany bank transactions
• Updating weekly cashflow forecasts

Month-end tasks include:

• Preparing bank reconciliations for multiple corporate accounts
• Preparing credit card reconciliations

What Success Looks Like:

You'll know you're making a difference when:

• Daily transactions are recorded accurately and on time
• Month-end tasks are completed by the 4th working day
• Reconciliations are accurate, clear, and well-presented
• You can complete recurring tasks independently and with confidence
• You're using Excel tools and formulas to work efficiently

About You:

You are methodical, organised, and have a sharp eye for detail. You thrive on routine but can also adapt to ad-hoc requests without losing focus. You take pride in delivering accurate work on time – every time.

You'll bring:

• Experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role (we'll also consider exceptional candidates early in their career)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience performing bank reconciliations
• Familiarity with NetSuite (preferred but not essential)
• Australian citizenship or full working rights in Australia

You'll be someone who:
