About the opportunity
In this role, you'll assist customers with their transactions, promote our products, and build relationships within the community. You will receive extensive training and support, with shifts scheduled in advance from Monday to Friday.
- 25 hours per week, rostered in advance, Monday to Friday with various start and finish times
- Initial training: Monday to Friday, 5 hours daily for 8 weeks
- Pay rate: $27.48/hour, increasing to $29.37/hour after approximately 3 months, plus 12% superannuation
- Relief team members will work across Gawler, Tanunda, and Nuriootpa Post Offices
Responsibilities include:
- Customer sales and service transactions
- Handling high-value transactions securely
- Identity services including Australian Passport Interviews
- Upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities
- Mail lodgements and related administrative duties
- Building customer relationships
About you
- Friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, and team-oriented
- Experience in customer service and cash handling preferred
- Ability to lift up to 16kgs and stand for shifts
