Your work will power solutions for loss prevention, fraud detection, workforce optimisation and more in real time, across thousands of physical locations globally.

• You'll engineer fraud detection systems for some of the largest banks in Australia.

What you'll do

You'll be the person who connects the dots, turning models, devices, and infrastructure into live systems that work in the wild.

• Design and implement software that pushes computer vision into the real world, at the edge.
• Work across Python, SQL, and other tools to integrate, optimise, and scale deployments.
• Build systems that balance security, speed, and reliability across thousands of devices.
• Collaborate with fellow engineers and researchers on original, high-impact technical problems.
• Ship code that directly shapes how millions of people shop, bank, and move through the world.
• You're fluent in Python (or 2+ other languages), and experienced in larger, complex software systems
• You know your way around SQL, and ideally XML.
• You're curious, pragmatic, and communicate clearly (in writing and in person).
• You thrive in flat, collaborative teams where independence and ownership are assumed.
• You're Sydney-based (preferred), or open to flying in once a month to catch up with the team.
