We are seeking results-driven, target-focused Sales Associates to join our store team. If you enjoy engaging with customers, achieving goals, and making lasting impressions, Pandora is the place for you

The role

Our Sales Associates are brand ambassadors, connecting our products with customers. They drive store success through influencing sales, providing exceptional customer service, and sharing their product and brand knowledge.

You will interact with people each shift, helping create their special memories through dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills.
  • Build relationships with customers by answering queries, offering exemplary service, and tailoring your approach to individual needs and preferences.
  • Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximize sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
  • Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
  • Assist with product deliveries, unloading, and storing items correctly in the store.
  • Maintain high standards in merchandising and store presentation, taking pride in your environment.
  • Operate the till system, handling transactions, returns, and exchanges.

The successful candidate

We seek passionate, motivated team players who express their individuality by styling Pandora jewellery uniquely and sharing their ideas with customers.

  • Ability to build rapport and engage naturally with people, giving voice to their loves every day.
  • A natural talent for achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Capable of working well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, as our products are very popular and stores can be busy.
