This is a great way to study towards a National qualification, while getting the on-the-job experience which is so important for your future.

You would obtain your Certificate III Business BSB30120 in two year time frame whilst being given the chance to assist team members, in a supportive environment.

What would this involve?
  • You would be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your training contract, & working full time with your host business.
  • Full entitlements including four weeks of holidays per year.
  • Theory training conducted one-on-one in the workplace with our experienced trainer.
  • You would receive mentoring and support throughout the traineeship.
  • Your workplace supervisors would provide daily coaching and opportunity for growth.
Gain valuable experience on the job
  • This is a back-of-house role, assisting the finance administration team.
  • Learn the administrative basics - scanning, photocopying, data entry & document management.
  • Develop and hone your mature, approachable manner, providing support to the team.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritise work, focusing on attention to detail.
  • Cultivate a professional attitude and disposition, with the energy and enthusiasm required.

Wage: National Training Wage Applies.
