Hume Doors & Timber (QLD) Pty Ltd, a 100% Australian owned company, is Australia's leading Door Manufacturer and Timber Wholesaler, marketing its products to the hardware, timber, and building industries throughout Australia and overseas.

The company is seeking to hire an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to complement the team at our Cairns Warehouse.

This role involves assisting our Warehouse Supervisor in overseeing warehouse operations. It is a hands-on role, requiring duties such as packing and strapping orders, stock rotation, tidying the warehouse, and other tasks as needed. Strong communication skills and previous experience supervising a small team are essential.

Understanding safe work practices is crucial. Appropriate training will be provided. You must wear high-vis shirts and steel cap boots at all times.

A current open license and forklift license are essential for this role.
