About the Role

As a Console Operator, you will focus on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the store remains clean, stocked, and welcoming. This fast-paced role requires multitasking and effective time management. At OTR, we pride ourselves on our diverse food offerings and premium barista coffee.

About You & Your Skills

  • You are committed to providing outstanding customer service.
  • You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • You are able to stand for long periods and may need to lift moderate to heavy loads.
  • You have flexible availability, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
  • You are eager to learn about our products and specials and promote them enthusiastically.
