About the Company

Contrivers Consulting (or replace with your company name) is a specialist Salesforce consulting partner delivering complex CRM solutions for enterprise clients. We are currently hiring for an onsite role with a leading banking organisation in Melbourne.

Role Overview

You will work closely with the client's technology and business teams to design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires 3 days per week onsite at the client's Melbourne CBD office, with the remaining days remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
  • Integrate Salesforce with core banking and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate requirements into technical designs
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governor limits
  • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; Financial Services Cloud is a plus)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred)
  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Data Modeling
  • Familiarity with banking domain integrations and compliance requirements is advantageous
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Pay: 100-110k AUD annually. Fixed term contract.
