This is a full-time position available in a busy, expanding Kitchen/Joinery Manufacturer.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in CAD Software (e.g., Cabmaster kitchen design software or similar)
• Ability to produce detailed joinery drawings (for costing) and set-out plans (for manufacturing)
• Ability to read plans and drawings
• Strong kitchen design technical knowledge—specifications, materials, manufacturing standards
• Good understanding of cabinet construction and installation procedures
• Familiarity with industry materials and products
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills (collaborating with designers, costings, purchasing, machining)

Remuneration package is negotiable based on experience.

Job Details

• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
• Hours: 38 per week
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, overtime, weekend availability

• Relocate or commute to Nowra NSW 2541 (Required)
• CAD Joinery kitchen design experience: 3 years (Required)
• Work authorization in Australia (Required)
