Maintenance Superintendent - Exploration

  • Manage the planning and coordination of the day-to-day activities relating to equipment and asset management maintenance team
  • Maintain accurate records for breakdowns, preventative and planned maintenance schedules of company assets and equipment
  • Coordination, effective communication, and prioritisation of works to the field service fitters
  • Carry out Maintenance Audits on site to ensure fleet and maintenance systems are being managed as per Maintenance systems and procedures

What You Bring:

  • Appropriate trade qualifications or mechanical experience in a similar role with at least 5 years supervisory experience within the exploration industry
  • An ability to direct crews to complete work within designated time frame, budget and to required standard
  • Previous experience and working knowledge of Schramm drill rigs
