About the Opportunity

We're seeking a hands-on Driver & Distribution Lead to maintain stock levels of coffee, milk, and consumables at Melbourne's corporate offices.

You will spend approximately 70% of your time on the road delivering across the CBD and UBD, with the remaining time supporting warehouse operations such as stock handling and vehicle loading. As the Lead / 2IC, you'll work closely with the Distribution & Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

This full-time role is based in Port Melbourne, Monday–Friday, starting at 4:00 am, ideal for those who prefer early mornings and evenings free.

The Role

Your main tasks include delivering fresh coffee beans, milk, fruit, and dry goods to corporate clients within Melbourne CBD and UBD.

Start early at our Port Melbourne warehouse to avoid traffic and enjoy the city's quiet mornings.

Finish your shift around midday, giving you the afternoons free.

Load your van, deliver goods, and ensure our customers are satisfied.

Local runs only – no long-haul or overnight shifts.

This is a hands-on role involving lifting crates (approximately 20kg), stocking fridges, and using FIFO procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Manual or C class driver's license (LR or forklift license is a bonus).
  • Good physical fitness and a safe manual handling approach.
  • Experience in delivery driving, warehousing, or hospitality supplies is advantageous.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
