Community Occupational Therapist | Hoppers Crossing

Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based clinical care in the community with a focus on Home Care Package, Commonwealth Home Support Program, and Hospital Substitution programs.
  • Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
  • Prescribe aids, equipment, and home modifications to support client goals.
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team for optimal client outcomes.
  • Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Preferred: Community or hospital OT experience.
  • Qualification: Occupational Therapy degree with AHPRA registration.
  • Requirement: Valid driver's licence and insured vehicle.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
