We're inviting expressions of interest from individuals keen to explore full-time or part-time opportunities with us in upcoming intakes scheduled for late 2025 and early 2026. While we don't have confirmed start dates just yet, we're looking to connect with resilient and enthusiastic people who would like to be considered when roles become available.

We're 100% dedicated to helping our WA customers, whether that's educating them on how to save water, advising them on how to reduce their bills or organising payment plans for those experiencing financial difficulties.

Here's What Your Day Could Look Like

• Enjoy free onsite parking, and be part of a welcoming, upbeat workplace.
• Help customers with everything from billing and leaks to house moves and tech issues, always focused on finding a solution.
• Flex and grow your communication skills across multiple channels, including phone, email, and webchat, building confidence and capability with every interaction.

Some calls might be challenging, so you'll need to be able to bounce back quickly and stay positive, but you won't be doing it alone. What You'll Love About The Role

• Competitive starting salary of $72,529 plus superannuation (total remuneration $80,870 for full time consultants)

• Structured annual performance reviews to grow your salary and open up development pathways
• Access to long service leave pro rata after 3 years of service.
• 17.5% leave loading
• Flexible working arrangements with working from home options

• Two wellbeing days each year (pro-rata for part-time) to recharge however you choose—no questions asked
• Extra day of leave on 24th December (or the last Friday before Christmas if it falls on a weekend)
• Considering starting or growing your family? Our paid parental leave provides 18 weeks for the primary caregiver, and 3 weeks for the non-primary caregivers. Long service leave continues to accrue during paid parental leave.

• Full time hours are 38 hours a week (5 days per week, 7.6 hours per day)
• Part time hours are 25 hours a week (5 days per week, 5 hours per day)
• Opening hours between 7am – 7pm. You'll need to be available and flexible to work between these hours.
• Please note if working part-time, you will be required to work full time for the initial training of 6 weeks.
