Full Circle Partners is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join a dynamic team working on a complex and large-scale modernisation project. This position involves leading, planning, managing, and coordinating project activities across multiple phases to ensure successful delivery of outcomes. Reporting to the overall Project Delivery Manager, the role focuses on managing internal and external teams to implement SAP solutions effectively.

Perth-based candidates will only be considered on this occasion.

Key Responsibilities:SAP Solution Delivery
  • Oversee the delivery of the SAP solution across all project phases, including:
  • Completing the solution design, incorporating interim states across planned releases (project waves).
  • Planning and managing the build and configuration of the SAP solution, including WRICEF items and system integrations.
  • Leading the redesign and alignment of SAP security roles to industry best practices.
  • Supporting data migration activities, including data preparation and cleansing tasks.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of system integration testing and user acceptance testing, including defect resolution.
  • Overseeing cutover rehearsals and production cutover activities.
Team Management and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Lead internal project teams, including architects, business SMEs, and functional consultants, to deliver project outcomes.
  • Maintain strong engagement with key stakeholders to secure support and facilitate issue resolution.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors and external resources as needed.
  • Track and control variations in scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and other delivery-impacting factors.
Project Oversight
  • Ensure the project aligns with the approved business case and meets business expectations.
  • Manage all aspects of project scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions in a complex environment.
  • Oversee delivery of the solution design, including interim states, across multiple releases.
  • Manage SAP build and configuration activities, including WRICEF development, security role redesign, and system integration.
  • Support planning and execution of user and IT team training programs.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of cutover rehearsals, production cutover, hypercare, and transition to support phases.
Key Skills and Experience
  • 10+ years of SAP project management experience.
  • Proven experience in SAP migrations to S/4HANA, preferably in the finance domain.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders.
  • Expertise in managing project scope, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams to deliver SAP solutions, including collaboration with system integrators and third-party vendors.
