This is a remote position.

Job Overview

One of our clients from Australia is a fast growing technology company, providing online SaaS solution for accounting data automation and paperless expense approval.

With over a decade of experience, our AI-driven technology lies at the core of our innovative automation engine.

Recently, we have introduced automatic AI coding so that our B2B customers can create software codes by simply describing the task in plain English.

We are now looking for passionate and talented Software Developers to join us.

Job Responsibilities

As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for the following:
  • Test new features, or feature updates for both our web application and mobile applications.
  • Document the new features on our webpage.
  • Test to verify customers' complaints:
  • Communicate with the customers to get details about the issues, and
  • Reproduce the issues if you can, and notify other developers to fix.
  • If you cannot reproduce it, hand over the other developers to see if they can debug them and a fix.

As a Sale Tech Support , you will be responsible for the following:

You Will Work With Our Sales Team With
  • Customer Onboarding – especially the customers that use job/inventory software such as Simpro.
  • Ongoing Technical Support

The Tasks Generally Include
  • Set up custom workflows per clients' requirements. You will learn what are the most suitable workflows.
  • Trouble-shoot data extraction and export issues.
  • Fix standard invoice data extraction using learning rules and AI tasks.
  • Working with AI to produce customised data extraction. If the AI cannot do the full job, you may need to go to the backend to modify the codes created by AI.
  • Working with AI to create new custom integration with other software with API calls.

Requirements
  • Strong proficiency in coding and software development
  • Advanced mathematical, critical thinking, and logical reasoning skills
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and supporting enterprise-scale SaaS products
  • Must have strong communication skills
