About The Role

As a Product Manager - Investment & Advice you'll support a consumer-centric approach to the design, distribution, and ongoing management of Australian Retirement Trust's (ART) products, aiming to be Australia's most chosen and trusted retirement partner.

Day To Day, You'll
  • Analyze customer feedback, product reporting, research insights, and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
  • Identify and validate product target markets and financial needs.
  • Assess impacts of product changes and support implementation.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and proposals.
  • Document and review retirement product rules for disclosure and training.
  • Oversee product disclosure and communication for compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and policies.

About You

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:
  • Experience in product management or market research.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to derive insights from customer feedback and data.
  • Capability to conduct product and customer research.
  • Degree or experience in management, marketing, finance, commerce, economics, or related discipline.
