About the Role

Opportunities are currently available for competent and experienced skilled production operators positions across our Bowen Basin sites.

As we continue to grow, we recognize the importance of having a skilled workforce, and thus, we are excited to announce multiple job opportunities for Production Operators to join our dynamic teams. Our operations offer an engaging work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional development.

We are particularly interested in individuals who have a proven track record in safely and efficiently operating machinery within the production sector.

Seeking individuals that have experience in:

  • Grader – CAT 24M, CAT 14M, 16M
  • Dozer – CAT D10 and D11
  • Water Cart – CAT 777
  • Excavator – CAT 640 or equivalent
  • Excavator – EX 5600, Liebherr 9800 or similar sized equipment

  • Confident in operating any of the equipment listed before;
  • A safe operator who is both dedicated and enthusiastic about your job;
  • A strong desire to learn and to develop a range of new skills and equipment;
  • Able to work to deadlines and remain effective under pressure;
  • A teamwork mentality to achieve results;
  • Effective listener with well-developed interpersonal skills;
  • Competent and possess comprehensive reading and writing skills.
