About The RoleBHP is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for our Infrastructure Maintenance team for Mining Area C and South Flank Hub. Reporting to the Superintendent Infrastructure and Services, your role will involve safely leading and supporting a team comprised of Electrical Technicians, Contractors and Fire System Inspectors in the maintenance of all non-plant infrastructure on site.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with the Mine Safety and Inspection Act and Mines Safety Inspection Regulations, namely with S26 Statutory Supervisor.
- Monitor asset electrical integrity and ensure compliance with statutory maintenance and inspection requirements.
- Oversee compliance with electrical standards, weekly work schedule, operating standards, and procedures.
The role is offered on a fly-in fly-out basis from Perth. Work cycle: 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems while ensuring efficient and sustainable outcomes.
