Christmas Casual Sales Team Member

At Sportsgirl, we're all about fashion, fun and creating memorable experiences for our customers. From November to January, we're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Christmas Casuals to support our teams during the busiest time of the year.
This is a great opportunity to gain retail experience, work in a fast-paced environment, and be part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by providing styling advice, offering recommendations, and assisting customers with their purchases.
- Stock Management: Unpack deliveries and keep stock replenished on the shop floor.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to meet and exceed store sales targets and KPIs.
- This role is a short-term casual contract with no guaranteed minimum hours per week.
- Flexible availability (including late nights, weekends and public holidays) is essential.
- Build retail knowledge and experience with our online learning program, followed by hands-on training with your Store Manager.
