About the role

As the Demand Generation Manager at Askable, you will take the lead in driving pipeline and revenue growth in the US by developing and executing innovative demand generation strategies. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, data-driven programs that amplify our brand and deliver measurable revenue impact.

What you'll do

  • Plan, implement, and measure multi-channel programs to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and accelerated revenue.
  • Develop creative initiatives including dark social content and thought leadership programs that resonate with the target audience.
  • Analyse multiple data sources to report on results and deliver spend recommendations.
  • Optimise for ROI and qualified pipeline-to-marketing spend ratios.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment on key messaging and customer insights.
  • Establish foundational demand generation processes to scale the engine globally.

Skills and experience you'll bring

To hit the ground running in this role you'll need at least 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation in a SaaS environment:

  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in paid media platforms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Extremely data-driven; committed to experimenting until you see measurable results.
