Overview

Retail Inventory Lead - Warrawong at Pillow Talk Australia. Permanent full-time role based in Warrawong. Salary: $56,000.00 – $60, Join a well-established home décor and linen retailer with a culture focused on warmth, growth, and inclusivity.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory and stock-receiving processes in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Ensure stock integrity with a focus on accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to lead stock handling, from receiving to stock-to-floor movement.
  • Demonstrate high standards of attention to detail and strong numerical/analytical skills.
  • Inspire others through effective communication and implement efficient stock processes.
  • Adapt to change, multitask, and maintain resilience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Uphold self-awareness and pursue personal and professional development.
  • Develop positive interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues and support a collaborative team environment.
  • Lift and process products up to 20 kg as required.
Qualifications
  • Inventory and stock-receiving experience, preferably in a high-volume retail environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management capabilities.
  • Effective communication, self-motivation, and ability to motivate others with best stock and inventory practices.
  • Solutions-driven mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and improve processes.
  • Ability to multitask and remain resilient through change and setbacks.
  • Self-awareness and openness to ongoing development.
  • Personable, confident, and capable of building strong relationships with customers and teammates.
