We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities to achieve their goals. Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

Role details- Casual role - must be available to work at least 4 days a week across the following shifts morning (6-8am, 7–10am, 7–11:30am, 9:30am – 5pm) afternoons (12– 3pm, 2– 5pm, 3–9pm, 3-10pm), evening (7–9pm) and sleepover
- You will support our customers with the daily tasks and goals through a person-centered approach
- You'll work with a range of customers with physical and intellectual disabilities
As a Disability Support Worker in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose – to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.
To recognise the contribution, you make to the lives of our customer, we offer a competitive remuneration package that includes options for:

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children\'s Check (Employee)
- Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
